Since 2012 I have been an Operating Theatre Assistant.
My professional colleagues and I have been involved in more critical surgical procedures and extreme events than anyone else I can think of - Our days are filled with constant unpredictable emergencies, all with unknown outcomes - Most good & some not so good. The people we work with every day are way beyond exceptional - when I finally come up with a way of describing their commitment, skill, focus, knowledge and never-ending growth requirements, I'll tell the world.
